Bragg Creek residents had to wait a little longer to learn about a proposed wastewater treatment facility. The public hearing was set to continue July 20, but was held over until the afternoon of July 27 — after the Eagle’s press deadline.

The wastewater plant, which would be funded completely by all three levels of government if finished by March 2011, is supported by those concerned about contamination from existing septic systems, but opposition from those worried about smell and accidental release.
