Losses plague lacrosse squads

The Rockyview Silvertips Junior B lacrosse team — featuring Cochranites Delbert Donnelly, Garrett Fraser, Curtis Norman, Kyle Tucker and Bryce Wells — were topped 13-6 by the Calgary Chill on May 6 and 7-3 by the Fort Saskatchewan Rebels May 8 to bring their overall record in the Rocky Mountain Lacrosse League to one win and two losses. Meanwhile, the Senior B Okotoks Raiders, which includes Cochrane lacrosse players Aaron McLean, Dustin Wadden and Chad Willis, dropped a tight affair with the Calgary Knights 7-6 to open their season May 7.
